Shipping Procedures
Upon request, we will send you a personal collection kit to make the process as simple and safe as possible. This kit includes:

A small collection cup

A spoon
-
A secure bag
-
An order form
We only require about one teaspoon of cremated remains, and you will receive most of that back.
USPS Priority Express
According to current postal regulations, cremated remains must be shipped through USPS Priority Express (this typically costs around $25). USPS also provides a free cremation mailing kit, which can be ordered online—we are happy to have one shipped directly to you if you’d like. If you choose this option, please place our personal collection kit inside the USPS kit before sending it back.
While we highly recommend this method to ensure safe handling, we will also accept cremations that arrive through other carriers or shipping methods.
